Korporacje — podmioty współtworzące etykę globalną

Abstrakt

The initial problem of this article is the vision of possibility of constructing the global ethics by the multinational corporations (MNCs). The major interest lies in some selected theories and conceptions which promote a Pyramid of Global CSR and the new political role of global corporations. These conceptions also indicate the new kinds of corporate’s social responsibility that goes beyond mere compliance with legal national standards and conformity with a given community moral rules. These conceptualizations of the relations between business and society recognize the great role and importance of democratic discourse and cooperation of global business with civil society, NGO’s and national governments for a common social purposes within the global scale.
